In Thor: The Dark World, Dr. Jane Foster gets cursed with a powerful entity known as the Aether, and Thor is heralded of the cosmic event known as the Convergence and the genocidal Dark Elves.

Luma contributed several Creatures including: the Stone Man, Kurse and the Frost Beast. The team also contributed Particle FX for the Aether, The Bi Frost, Yggdrasil and the Soul Forge; as well as a variety of matte paintings and other FX.
