Luma Vancouver is looking for an Associate VFX Producer.
The Associate VFX Producer supports the VFX Producer in managing the overall production workflow of visual effects projects. This role involves coordinating schedules, budgets, and resources while ensuring that all creative and technical aspects align with project goals. The Associate VFX Producer works closely with department leads, artists, and external partners to maintain efficient communication and production pipelines.

Responsibilities
Coordinate various departments (Asset / Anim / Comp / Lite / FX / etc)Review all incoming notes for department relevance and distribute as neededTrack/manage notes, receivables, artist tasks / assignmentsWalk the floor / gather artist needs / follow up on action itemsManage render farm prioritiesEvaluate incoming media and discuss / qualify with supervisorsTake notes at internal and client meetingsSet up Cinesync sessionsQualifications
Strong work ethicMeticulous attention to detailSolid time-management skills and ability to multi-taskExceptional organizational and communication skillsPositive attitude and effective interpersonal skills: authoritative but approachableProactive with inferring and communicating priorities from available informationAbility to take direction positively, work well within a team and thrive under the pressure of tight deadlines Knowledge of either FTrack or Shotgun preferred
